Ways to work together
The right entry point
is the one your nervous system
is ready for.
There is no single path through this work. Some people begin with a single session. Others need structure and time. Every option below is designed to meet you where you are and move you toward where you want to be.
HeartMath
Session
Practical tools for immediate regulation — a meaningful shift, even in a single session.
What this session offers
Your nervous system is running patterns it learned long ago and HeartMath gives you the tools to begin interrupting them, today. This session is a practical introduction to heart-brain coherence: what it is, how to access it, and how to bring it into your daily life.
Best for: Anyone who wants to begin without committing to deep work yet. Those managing daily stress, overwhelm, or burnout who need immediate, practical relief. A natural first step before RTT.
RTT
Session
One session to find the root. Real change — often faster than you expect.
What this session offers
RTT goes where talking rarely reaches. In a deeply relaxed state, we access the subconscious, find the original belief driving the pattern and update it at the root. Not through willpower or positive thinking, but through the kind of precise inner work that actually changes what you feel.
Best for: Those ready to address a specific pattern — anxiety, self-sabotage, people-pleasing, perfectionism, fear of visibility. Most effective once the nervous system has some regulation in place. Most clients see significant shifts in 1 to 3 sessions.

Stage Three
Weeks 7–12 · Guided by client readiness
Integration &
Habit Formation
Support regulation becoming part of daily life
Integrate coherence into real-world stress and relationships
Emotional steadiness feels more natural and less effortful
Closing practices and tools for ongoing independent use
This final stage is guided entirely by your readiness and your nervous system's natural rhythm.
Depth aligned with readiness
RTT is introduced only when the nervous system is regulated enough to receive it — not on a fixed schedule.
Capacity, not perfection
Progress is measured by your growing ability to regulate and recover, not by how quickly you move through the stages.
Collaborative, not prescriptive
You set the pace. The program adapts around your life, your nervous system, and what's genuinely supportive for you.
A few things people
often wonder.
Do I need to start with HeartMath before RTT?
Not always — but it's often recommended. RTT works most effectively when the nervous system has some capacity for regulation already in place. A HeartMath session first gives your system a foundation, and makes the deeper RTT work more accessible. That said, every client is different and we'll discuss what makes sense for you on the discovery call.
Can I do single sessions rather than the full program?
Absolutely. Single HeartMath and RTT sessions are available and complete in themselves. The Resilience Program is for those who want a more structured, supported journey, but it's never a requirement. Many clients begin with a single session and decide from there.
Are sessions online or in person?
Both are available. Sessions are offered online via video call and in person, depending on your location, preference, and what the session calls for. Online RTT is just as effective as in-person — the subconscious doesn't distinguish between the two.
What if I'm not sure which option is right for me?
That's exactly what the free discovery call is for. It's a 30-minute conversation — no pressure, no pitch — where we explore where you are, what you're looking for, and what approach is most likely to serve you. If none of these offerings are the right fit, that will be said honestly too.
Is there a payment plan for the Resilience Program?
Payment options including installments can be discussed during the discovery call.
