A private 1:1 practice that uses HeartMath for nervous system regulation and RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) for subconscious reprogramming of a specific pattern.

A clinical-grade approach to self-regulation, emotional capacity, and the patterns underneath them — taught, practiced, and integrated, not just discussed.

Structured. There is a clear arc, a clear method, and a clear end-point for each offering — and you know upfront what each one is.

For women who already understand their patterns and need a somatic-and-subconscious mechanism for changing them, not more cognitive insight.

This is not

Psychotherapy. I am not a licensed therapist. If you need clinical mental health care, you deserve it — and I will say so and refer you out.

A diagnosis or treatment for clinical conditions. RTT and HeartMath are not substitutes for psychiatric care, medication, or trauma-focused therapy with a licensed professional.

A group program, a course, a community, or a membership. There is no Slack channel. There is no cohort. It is one woman, one practitioner, one focused arc.

"Mindset coaching." There is no manifestation talk, no scripts, no affirmations as the mechanism. The mechanism is the autonomic nervous system and the subconscious — both measurable, both real.

HeartMath
Certified HeartMath Practitioner · Stress, Anxiety & Self-Regulation

A research-based, biofeedback-supported method for shifting the autonomic nervous system from chronic stress activation into measurable coherence. It is not breathwork repackaged. It is a trainable physiological skill — with decades of peer-reviewed research from the HeartMath Institute behind it.

RTT
Certified Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner

A hybrid method (developed by Marisa Peer) that combines clinical hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic principles, and regression work to access and reframe the subconscious beliefs underneath a specific pattern. It is targeted, mechanism-based work — usually addressing one pattern per session.

RTT can reprogram a pattern in a single session. Whether that reprogramming holds depends on whether the nervous system has the capacity to maintain the new state. HeartMath builds that capacity. That is the entire reason this work exists as a combined practice and it is the reason single modalities alone often plateau.

What Actually Happens In A Session

Arrival & pattern mapping

We name the specific pattern we're working on. Not "anxiety" in general — the precise moment, situation, or relational dynamic where the pattern shows up. We map the cognitive, somatic, and behavioural layers together. By the end of this, you'll see the pattern with more precision than you've seen it before.

Induction & subconscious access

— approximately 60–90 minutes —

You will not be unconscious. You will not lose control. You will remain fully aware of yourself and the room. Clinical hypnosis is a focused, relaxed state — not the stage-show version. From there, we follow the threads to the moments where the belief underneath this pattern was originally formed. You're guided, narrating, and present throughout.

Re-decision & reframing

— approximately 20–30 minutes —

This is the actual work. The subconscious belief that has been running the pattern gets named, examined, and replaced with a different one — chosen by you, embedded in the same state it was originally encoded in. The "why" you've understood for years finally meets a mechanism that can do something with it.

Studio-quality personalised recording

After the session, I produce a recording specifically for you — built from your own language, your own re-decisions, your own internal landscape — that you listen to for 21 days. The recording is produced in my professional home studio, with broadcast-grade microphone and audio post-production — because you will be listening to it daily, often as you fall asleep, and audio quality matters more here than almost anywhere else in the work. This is how the new pattern gets installed into the system through repetition. This part is non-negotiable. If you will not listen to it, this work is not for you.

Integration check-in

A shorter follow-up to track what has shifted, what's emerging, and what (if anything) needs adjusting in the recording. This is included in every RTT session as standard — not an upsell.

The Six-Week Program

Build the emotional capacity needed for subconscious reprogramming to actually hold.

This is the full integrated transformation and the work I'm most known for. A structured six-week 1:1 program that combines HeartMath regulation, a full RTT reprogramming session, and integration scaffolding on either side. We build the nervous system capacity first, do the subconscious work in the right window, then walk through integration while the new pattern is still encoding.

It is built around a single principle: RTT can reprogram a pattern in a single session, but whether the change holds depends on what your body can carry. The first half of this program builds what your body can carry.

Best for: Women who have done the inner work, can name their patterns, and are ready for the mechanism that actually moves them; with the regulatory capacity built in to help the change stick.

Training & Approach

The qualifications behind the work.

Stephanie is a Certified RTT Practitioner (Rapid Transformational Therapy, the modality developed by Marisa Peer) and a Certified HeartMath Practitioner specialising in stress, anxiety, and self-regulation. The integration of both is deliberate. RTT addresses the subconscious belief layer. HeartMath addresses the autonomic nervous system layer. One without the other consistently leaves the work feeling incomplete.

She is not a licensed psychotherapist. If your situation requires clinical mental health care, she will say so directly and refer you to a licensed professional.

Stephanie is a practitioner of two evidence-based modalities, used together for a specific kind of work: the reprogramming of relational and self-regulatory patterns in women who already know what their patterns are and have not yet found a mechanism that moves them.

How is this different from therapy?

Therapy is a clinical relationship with a licensed mental health professional, generally focused on processing experience, providing diagnostic support, and treating clinical conditions over time. This is not therapy and I am not a therapist.

What this is, is targeted work on a specific pattern using two evidence-based modalities — RTT for subconscious reprogramming, HeartMath for autonomic regulation. It is not a substitute for therapy. Many of my clients have a therapist they also work with, and the two are complementary, not competitive.

Can I do this while I'm in therapy?

Yes, and many women do. This work often integrates very well with ongoing therapy because we're operating at different layers — your therapist supports the broader landscape, and this work goes after a specific pattern with a specific mechanism. I will ask in the application whether you are currently in therapy, and we will discuss how the two fit.

What about RTT — is hypnosis safe? Will I lose control?

Clinical hypnosis is not the stage-show version. You will not be unconscious. You will not lose awareness of yourself or the room. You will not say things you do not want to say or do things you do not want to do. You remain in full control throughout the session.

What hypnosis actually is, is a focused, relaxed state of attention — a state you naturally enter every day when you are absorbed in a book, a drive, or a daydream. We use it intentionally here as an access point to the subconscious so the reprogramming work can happen at the layer the pattern was originally installed at.

What if I don't get a "result" in one RTT session?

I will never promise a specific result on a specific timeline — anyone in this industry who does is misrepresenting how the subconscious works. What I can promise is precision in method, full presence in the session, and the personalised 21-day recording that is the integration mechanism.

Many women experience a clear shift within the first two weeks. Some experience it more gradually. Some find that a second session is needed for a particularly deep or layered pattern. The six-week program exists in part to give that integration time the structure it needs.

What's included if I do the six-week program?

The program is structured around a four-step framework — Notice · Tune In · Recognize · Allow — and unfolds across a deliberate six-week arc: pre-program intake, two HeartMath sessions to build regulatory baseline, the full RTT reprogramming session in week three, three HeartMath sessions during the 21-day recording window for integration, and a final protocol session. The full structure is shown on the offering card above.

Everything is delivered 1:1 with me personally. There is no group component, no automation, no asynchronous-only content. Every session is live, the recording is built specifically for you, and the voice support between sessions goes directly to me.

How does payment work?

All offerings are paid in full at booking. I do not currently offer payment plans — partly because the offerings are designed to be accessible at distinct price points, and partly because the work itself goes better when the financial decision has already been fully made before we begin.

If price is the deciding factor for you, the single HeartMath session is the most accessible entry point and a genuinely complete experience on its own — not a watered-down version of something else.

Where are sessions held? In-person or virtual?

Most sessions are conducted live by video. The work translates fully to a virtual format, and many women find the privacy of doing it from their own space makes the deeper work easier, not harder.

For clients local to Mooresville, North Carolina, in-person sessions are available by request. We can discuss which format suits the work best at the application conversation.

What if I apply and you don't think it's a fit?

I will tell you directly, kindly, and with a recommendation for where to look instead. The application process protects both of us — me from saying yes to work that won't serve you, and you from spending money on work that isn't the right fit for where you are right now. A "no" from me is not a verdict on you. It is an honest read of fit.

RTT and HeartMath are not appropriate for every situation. This work is not designed for: active suicidal ideation, untreated psychosis, active substance dependency that has not yet been addressed clinically, recent acute trauma where stabilisation is the priority, or situations that require psychiatric medication management.

If any of those apply to you, what you deserve is licensed clinical care — not this. I am happy to point you toward good resources for finding it. Coming back to this work later, after that foundation is in place, is always an option.
