Hi, I'm Stephanie.
I'm a certified RTT Practitioner, HeartMath Practitioner, and clinical specialist in stress, anxiety and self-regulation. But before any of that, I'm someone who spent a really long time knowing exactly what was wrong and still not being able to make it feel different.
So if you've done the therapy, read the books, know your attachment style, can trace your triggers back to childhood, and you're still finding yourself in the same place, same feeling, different situation… oh yeah, I get that. It's tough. And it doesn't mean you haven't worked hard enough. It means the work hasn't reached the right level yet.
That's what I do. I help you get there.
Where this began
In The Beginning
I knew I needed help at 16. Not in a vague way, but in a specific, urgent, I cannot keep doing this way. I reached out, which took everything I had, and the therapist I was referred to didn't feel he was the right fit for me so he passed me on to a colleague.
I felt rejected so, I didn't go.
And I carried this quiet sense that help wasn't really for people like me. That even the people whose whole job it was to be in your corner… weren't always there for you. My mind has created this whole story that kept me in lack and limitaton for many years.
Even with that, I did my best and kept moving. School, work, building a life that looked fine from the outside. Vision boards, journaling, the kind of stubborn self-work that nobody sees. At 27 I picked it back up properly. Real therapy. Real seeking. And the insights were genuinely great.
But something stayed. A gap between what I understood and what my nervous system was still carrying. I had the map. Parts of me were still living in that past belief.
"Therapy helped me understand where I'd been. But understanding, I kept discovering, didn't always change how I felt when I got "there"."
I wasn't doing anything wrong. The tools just hadn't reached far enough yet.
Over 20 years of my own inner work brought me here. And I wouldn't change any of it, because it's exactly what makes me the practitioner I am today.
The work
How I Found RTT and HeartMath
When I first came across RTT my reaction was honestly just… "Finally!". A way to access the deeper stuff without having to talk about it endlessly. A method that didn't ask you to keep re-narrating your story just to feel slightly better about it.
I trained, I practiced, I used it on myself. It works.
And yet something still felt like it was missing.
Around the same time I remembered the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza, particularly the way he used HeartMath. How he actually measured coherence, what people were able to achieve when their nervous system was genuinely regulated rather than just intellectually convinced. That was the piece I hadn't been able to name.
I went looking for a HeartMath certification and found that my RTT training made me eligible for a clinical level one. It felt like the two things I'd been looking for had been pointing toward each other the whole time.
RTT reaches the subconscious beliefs that have been quietly running the show. HeartMath trains the nervous system to hold the changes so you dont slip back into your "default mode". Together they reach the place where the pattern actually lives, not just the understanding of it.
"I wasn't looking for the method that promised the most hope. I was looking for the one that could actually reach the place where hope had been waiting all along."
Who I work with
My Clients
Honestly, my clients are all over the place, and I mean that in the best way.
Some days you're the one who has it completely together on the outside while quietly spinning on the inside. Some days you're frustrated and done and a little cynical about whether anything is actually going to shift. Some days you're hopeful and open and ready. Some days you're all three before lunch.
That's not a problem. That's just being human.
What my clients have in common isn't a personality type or a neat little category. It's this: they've done the work, they know themselves well, and something is still lingering that nobody has quite been able to name or reach. They know where the exit is. They just can't seem to get off the ride.
If that's you, hi! You're in the right place.
A 30-minute discovery call is free, unhurried, and genuinely no-pressure. If this is the right fit, we'll know. If it isn't, I'll say so.

What I Believe
You are not stuck because you haven't tried hard enough. You're stuck because the tools haven't reached the right level yet. There's a difference, and it matters.
The capacity for change is already in you. It was always there. My job is simply to help you access it.
And I'm not going to pretend I've got it all figured out either. I'm still doing my own work, still healing in layers, still learning. I think that makes me better at this, not worse, because I meet you without pretence and with genuine respect for how non-linear this whole thing actually is.
What makes this different
What Makes Working With Me Different
01
I've lived what I teach
Over 20 years of my own inner work, not as a career choice but because I needed it. That changes everything about how I sit with someone in the hard parts. I don't need you to be okay. I've been where you are, and I know the way through isn't around it.
02
I work at the root, not the symptom
Anxiety, reactivity, self-sabotage; these are never the full story. I'm interested in what's underneath. The belief, the moment, the decision that started it. That's where real change lives.
03
I'm building your independence, not your reliance on me
The goal of every session is that you need me less over time, not more. Most clients work with me for 1 to 3 sessions. That's intentional. I'm not interested in keeping you. I'm interested in freeing you.
04
I'm still in it too
I don't show up as someone who is fully healed. I show up as someone who is genuinely in the work alongside you, which means you'll never feel like you have to perform wellness for me.
How I work
The Work
Honesty before comfort.
I'll tell you what I see, gently but directly. If I'm not the right fit for you, I'll say so. You can trust what I say because I don't soften things just to keep you comfortable.
Precision over accumulation.
I'm not interested in sessions for the sake of sessions. The goal is to find the root, update it, and give you tools to sustain the shift.
You're always in control.
Every session is collaborative. The goal is never dependency; it's your growing capacity to regulate and return to ease without needing me in the room.
The whole person, not just the presenting problem.
I'm interested in what's underneath the thing you came in with. That's where the real work is.

"I spent years watching people understand exactly why they were stuck and chose to stay stuck anyway. That gap between knowing and actually changing became the thing I couldn't stop thinking about."
