About Stephanie

She knows what it costs to keep going when no one taught you how to stop.

Stephanie is a certified Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner, HeartMath Practitioner, and clinical specialist in stress, anxiety, and self-regulation. But before any of that, she is someone who has lived in "the gap" between knowing and actually feeling different. Someone who searched for years for tools that could reach deeper than understanding alone. And someone who finally found them.

That journey is the reason she does this work. And it is what makes her genuinely different from a practitioner who learned these methods without ever needing them.

Where this began

Stephanie grew up in a home where love was conditional and tension was the baseline. From a young age she learned to read rooms, manage atmospheres, and make herself useful enough to feel safe.

She escaped through school and work, stayed out as long as possible, and built a life that looked fine from the outside. And for a long time, that felt like enough. She saw therapists. She sought understanding. She did the work. And the insights were real.

But something remained. A gap between what she understood intellectually and what her nervous system continued to carry. The map was clear. Parts of her were still operating from an outdated understanding.

For Stephanie, that gap came with a particular kind of frustration. She could see the patterns clearly. She recognized them as they were happening. And she still couldn't seem to stop the series of events that kept them alive. She felt lonely; and at times, a little crazy. Like knowing there was more to life than what she was experiencing but having no idea how to get there.

Finding RTT and HeartMath wasn't a career pivot. It was the answer to a question she had been carrying her whole life.

Why she does this work

She couldn't walk away from the gap she kept seeing.

The people Stephanie kept meeting — in her own life and eventually in her practice — were not struggling because they lacked awareness. They were articulate, self-reflective, and committed to growth. They had often spent years in therapy doing genuinely valuable work.

And they were still stuck. Not because they hadn't tried. But because no tool had yet reached the level where the pattern actually lived. Stephanie couldn't stop thinking about that gap. Eventually she stopped trying to ignore it and started working inside it instead.

What she believes

You are not stuck because you haven't worked hard enough. You are stuck because the tools haven't reached the right level yet.

What she knows

Change at the root is possible. Not easy, not always quick, but genuinely possible. She has seen it happen in one session. She has lived it herself.

What drives her

The moment a client feels something shift that they had stopped believing could shift. That moment is why she does this work every single day.

What makes her different

Lived experience meets clinical precision.

01

She has lived what she teaches

Stephanie doesn't understand the nervous system from textbooks alone. She understands it from the inside. That changes everything about how she sits with a client in the hard parts.

02

She works at the root, not the symptom

RTT and HeartMath together reach the subconscious belief and the nervous system response simultaneously. This isn't symptom management. It is change at the level where change can actually stick.

03

She builds independence, not reliance

The goal of every session is that the client needs her less over time, not more. She gives people tools they can use on their own, long after the work together is done.

04

She is still growing herself

Stephanie doesn't claim to have arrived. She is still doing her own work, still healing in layers, still learning. That honesty is not a weakness. It is the foundation of every genuine therapeutic relationship.

Where this began

She didn't find this work.
This work found her.

Stephanie grew up in a home where love was conditional and tension was constant. From a very young age, she learned — the way children learn survival — to read the room, manage the atmosphere, and make herself small enough not to disturb the fragile equilibrium around her.

There was no blueprint for safety in that house. No model for what regulated, secure love looked like. What there was, instead, was the quiet clarity that something was wrong and the deep, early knowledge that she would one day have to find her own way out.

She did. Through school, through work, through the sheer force of keeping moving. She stayed out as long as possible, built a life on the outside, and did what many extraordinarily capable people do: she achieved her way forward and processed her way through. She saw therapists. She sought understanding. She did the work.

"Therapy helped me understand where I'd been. But understanding, I kept discovering, didn't always change how I felt when I got there."

The insights were real. The healing was real. And yet something remained — a gap between what she knew intellectually and what her body and nervous system continued to carry. She had the map. But parts of her were still living in the territory.

The turn

The question that
wouldn't leave her alone.

What drew Stephanie to RTT and HeartMath wasn't a single moment of revelation. It was a pattern she kept seeing ... in herself, in the people around her, and eventually in clients who came to her already steeped in self-awareness.

They knew their patterns. They could name the childhood wounds, trace the logic of their anxiety, articulate precisely what wasn't working. And they were still stuck. Not for lack of trying. Not for lack of intelligence. But because the tools they had could only reach so far and the pattern lived somewhere deeper.

RTT gave her access to that deeper layer. HeartMath gave her and her clients a way to measure and train the nervous system's capacity for regulation, in real time, with real evidence. Together, they addressed what decades of conventional approaches had circled around but rarely reached: the subconscious belief at the root of the loop, and the body that had been running it on autopilot ever since.

She trained. She practiced. She experienced the work firsthand. And she knew.

"This is what I was looking for. Not because it promised the most — but because it reached the place where the promise had always been waiting."

What she brings to this work

Earned authority.
Not borrowed expertise.

There are practitioners who understand stress academically. Stephanie understands it in the way the body understands it — as something lived, navigated, and gradually, deliberately transformed.

That lived knowledge doesn't make her your therapist. It makes her your guide — someone who has genuinely walked the terrain and knows where the footholds are. Someone who can sit with you in the hard parts without flinching, because she has already sat with her own.

Her warmth is real. Her precision is earned. And her belief in your capacity to change is not optimism — it's evidence, gathered session by session, from people who thought they'd tried everything.

What she keeps seeing

People don't stay stuck because they haven't tried hard enough. They stay stuck because the tools haven't reached the right level.

What she knows from the inside

Healing is not linear. It is not one breakthrough. It is a series of layers, each one revealing the next — and that is not failure. That is the work.

What she believes about you

The capacity for change is not something she gives you. It was already there. Her job is simply to help you access it.

The certifications

Rigorous training.
Purposefully chosen.

Every certification Stephanie holds was chosen because it reached somewhere that others didn't. Not to collect credentials — but to build a toolkit precise enough to actually work.

How she works.
What you can expect.

These aren't policies. They're the things that matter to her and that shape every session, every conversation, every interaction.

01

Honesty before comfort

She will tell you what she sees, gently, but directly. If this work isn't right for you, she'll say so. If something harder needs to be named, she'll name it. You can trust what she says because she doesn't soften things to keep you happy.

02

Precision over accumulation

She is not interested in sessions for the sake of sessions. The goal is to find the root, update it, and give you tools to sustain the shift. Most clients work with her for 1–3 sessions. That's intentional.

03

Your autonomy, always

The work is collaborative. You are in control throughout every session. The goal is never dependency; it is your growing capacity to regulate, advocate for yourself, and return to ease without needing her in the room.

04

The whole person, not the presenting problem

Anxiety, burnout, and self-sabotage are never the full story. She is interested in what's underneath... the belief, the moment, the decision that started it. That's where the real work lives.

05

Continued growth, not arrived answers

She is still healing too. She believes that is a strength, not a disqualification — because it means she meets her clients without pretence, and with genuine respect for how non-linear real growth actually is.

"I spent years watching people understand exactly why they were stuck and chose to stay stuck anyway. That gap between knowing and actually changing became the thing I couldn't stop thinking about."
