Who is RISe Coaching
Hi, I’m Stephanie, founder of RISe Coaching.
I work with everyday people who are tired of fighting themselves — people who sense they want change, but feel unsure how to move toward it in a way that’s sustainable and kind to their nervous system.
My approach is grounded in nervous-system regulation, emotional safety, and realistic pacing. I don’t believe in pressure or “fixing” what isn’t broken. Instead, we focus on building steadiness and capacity in ways your system can genuinely integrate.
I’m trained in HeartMath® coherence practices and Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT), and I use these tools thoughtfully and selectively, guided by readiness rather than intensity. Sessions are collaborative, and nothing is forced or rushed.
What matters most to me is helping people access regulation where it counts — in everyday moments like stress, conflict, fatigue, or overwhelm — not just within sessions.
This work is shaped by both professional training and lived understanding of how reactivity, self-criticism, and nervous-system overload show up in real humans with real responsibilities.
Sessions are paced, grounded, and attuned. You won’t be pushed to go deeper than your system is ready for.
