Effective date: April 2025  ·  Last updated: April 2026

Your privacy matters. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit this website, how it is used, and what rights you have regarding your personal data. Please read it carefully.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Stephanie, a sole practitioner offering RTT therapy, HeartMath coaching, and stress and anxiety support. If you have any questions about this policy, please reach out using our contact form

2. What information we collect

We collect information in the following ways:

Information you provide directly

When you sign up to receive the free audio or any other content, we collect your first name and email address. When you submit a contact form or enquiry, we collect the information you include in that message.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site may collect certain technical information automatically when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site. This is collected via Squarespace's built-in analytics and is used only to understand how the site is being used.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

Deliver the free audio and any other content you've requested
Send you the welcome email sequence you opted into
Send occasional newsletters or updates about services, resources, and offers — only if you've opted in
Respond to enquiries or messages you send through the contact form
Improve the website and understand how visitors engage with it

We will never sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising purposes.

4. Email marketing

By submitting your name and email address through any opt-in form on this website, you are giving us permission to send you emails. We use Flodesk to manage our email list and send communications.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. Once you unsubscribe your data will be removed from our active mailing list promptly.

5. Third party services

This website uses the following third party services which may process your data:

Booking platform (Calendly / Acuity)

If you book a discovery call or session, your booking information is processed by the scheduling platform used. Their own privacy policy will apply to that data.

6. Cookies

This website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to help the site function properly and to understand how visitors use it. Squarespace manages these cookies automatically. You can control cookie settings through your browser. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

The right to access the personal data we hold about you

To exercise any of these rights, please reach out using the contact form

8. Data retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. Email subscribers are kept on our list until they unsubscribe or request deletion. Enquiry data is kept for a reasonable period to follow up and then deleted.

9. Children's privacy

This website is not directed at children under the age of 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
