Everyone’s journey is unique, but most clients begin with HeartMath®, either through individual sessions or as part of The Resilience Program.

HeartMath® Coherence Sessions – Practice regulation, steadier responses, and awareness in real time
RTT® Sessions – Address repeating emotional or behavioral patterns in a focused, contained way
The Resilience Program – A staged, integrated approach combining HeartMath® and RTT® over time
You can start where it feels right and move forward as your system allows.
Recommended Starting Point: HeartMath® Coherence Sessions
HeartMath sessions focus on practical, repeatable emotional regulation that works in everyday situations.
This option is especially supportive if you:

Understand your patterns but can’t interrupt them in the moment

When RTT® Is Introduced
Once your nervous system has enough regulation to support deeper work, Focused RTT® Sessions can support more contained exploration.
This option may be appropriate if you:
Can stay present during emotional exploration
Have a specific, repeating pattern you want to address
Want focused depth rather than open-ended processing
RTT® isn’t a shortcut — it’s a tool introduced with care.
