  • RTT® Sessions – Address repeating emotional or behavioral patterns in a focused, contained way

  • The Resilience Program – A staged, integrated approach combining HeartMath® and RTT® over time

You can start where it feels right and move forward as your system allows.

Recommended Starting Point: HeartMath® Coherence Sessions

HeartMath sessions focus on practical, repeatable emotional regulation that works in everyday situations.

This option is especially supportive if you:

  • Feel emotionally reactive or easily overwhelmed

  • Understand your patterns but can’t interrupt them in the moment
